What does a token buy?
Tokens pay for generating a painting from your photo. Painting itself is always free — once a scene is generated it stays in your gallery forever, even if your balance drops to zero.
Pricing depends on the detail level you ask for AND on what your photo can actually deliver. The detail slider on the home page shows the live price before you upload.
- Sketchy — about 400 zones, 13 colours — ≈ 140 tokens
- Easy — about 900 zones, 30 colours — ≈ 215 tokens
- Medium — about 2,200 zones, 73 colours — ≈ 410 tokens
- Hard — about 5,500 zones, 180 colours — ≈ 900 tokens
- Insane — about 8,000 zones, 180 colours — ≈ 1,150 tokens — Pro only
If your photo is simpler than the slider asks for, we automatically reduce the price and refund the difference — you never pay for detail the image can't produce.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable tax. Payments on the web are processed by PayPal; Wabihana is the seller of record and is responsible for any tax due. Mobile purchases are billed by the platform store.
