Getting a faster answer
If you’re writing about a specific painting or a conversion that went wrong, it helps to include the original photo (or a description of it) and what you expected versus what you got. Screenshots are gold. The more we can see, the faster we can help — or fix it.
Privacy, data, and account requests
You can export or delete your data yourself from Settings → Account inside the app — no need to email for those. For anything else about your personal data, or to make a formal request, email [email protected] and see our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
